They provide a surprisingly comfy ride for low-profile tires. Excellent wet road handling with no tramlining at high speeds.

I fitted these Toyo Celsius AS2 tires to my Mazda 3 2.0 DISI and have driven about 500 miles in various conditions. These tires immediately stood out for their comfort. Even with the relatively low profile (205/50 R17), they feel quite soft and absorb road imperfections well. On wet roads, they inspire confidence even at motorway speeds – no issues with aquaplaning. Dry performance is more comfort-oriented than sporty, but they handle city traffic and highways smoothly. The rim protectors are a nice touch, and the fact that they're made in Japan gives me some added assurance about their quality.

installed these on my Subaru Outback, expecting decent performance, but was let down. Initially, they seemed okay, but after 8,500 miles of easy driving, I noticed persistent vibrations. Multiple attempts to balance them were unsuccessful. Eventually, an expert confirmed that three out of four tires were defective, which was frustrating. Toyo's customer service was unhelpful, directing me back to the dealer without resolution. These were mounted on Enkei rims, which were checked and cleared of any issues. Given these problems, I can’t recommend these tires.

For my Mazda MX5, these tires have been a solid choice for the past few months. I drive mostly on country roads and enjoy spirited driving. These tires offer great grip and a precise feel, which I love. They do wear out faster than my old AD08RS tires, but they’re just as fun to drive. The ride quality is excellent, and they handle wet conditions without any issues. I’ve been particularly impressed with their performance on mountain roads, even when the temperatures are low.
