    Verdict:

The Fulda holds a much higher level than most low-cost tires. EcoControl HP tackles aquaplaning straight ahead and in turns very well. The braking performance on the dry road is very good, and the tire tackles tough driving without problems. But here too we experience the control as a bit slow. Fulda manages the maneuvering well and feels mostly stable. The comfort is very good.

    Verdict:

Japanese Falken is one of the best tires in this test. It effectively brakes on the wet road, but does not have as good grip in the turns. The Ziex ZE914 EcoRun does the best when it comes to aquaplaning straight ahead and in turn. The four wide tracks effectively release the water. The braking performance on the dry road is very good. The Falken rolls quite easily, but it is uncomfortable in the bumps and can cradle a little laterally.

    · Summer · 2016 · Passenger - Ultra High Performance Summer
    Verdict:

The grip in wet road turns is medium good, and the tire tends to understeer when the grip is not good enough. However, it always behaves consistently and calmly during active driving. The grip on aquaplaning is less good in the turns. On dry asphalt, the braking capacity is very good. Roadstone is the toughest when measuring fuel consumption when driving at steady speed (100 km / h).

    Landsail LS388
    73 28
    · Summer · 2014 · Passenger - Premuim Touring Summer
    Verdict:

Water planning right ahead, Landsail manages well, but it is less good at turning in wet conditions. On braking from 100 km/h on dry asphalt, It feels a bit stiff and has some diffuse steering feel, but by and large it has acceptable control when we push it on a dry road. LS388 feels hard on bumps, and it is messing with rough asphalt.

    · Summer · 2016 · Passenger - Premuim Touring Summer
    Verdict:

The braking performance on the wet road is the second worst in the test. When the premium tire in the test stopped, Mecotra drove past at 47 km/h.The ability to withstand aquaplaning straight ahead is good, but poorer in turns. On a dry road, Maxxis works much better with very good braking performance, good driving stability, perhaps a little blunt, but with quick control.

  6. Nordexx NS9000
    N/A 1
    · Summer · Passenger - High Performance Summer
    Verdict:

The braking performance on the wet road is among the worst in the test. The grip in turns is not good, and the ability to steer into the swing fails. It easily undermines and then pulls straight ahead and completely at the limit of grip. Nordexx thrives on a dry road. The braking characteristics get a little over medium grade.

    Goodride RP28
    68 24
    · Summer · 2013 · Passenger - Premuim Touring Summer
    Verdict:

Choose another one. The braking performance from 100 km/h is the worst in the test. When the car with Continental tires had stopped, Goodride rushed past in just over 50 km / h. Goodride is significantly better on dry asphalt, but still last of the summer tires we have tested.
