Using these Michelin Defender LTX Platinum tires on my Ford F-150 for over a year, covering about 25k miles. They handle both highways and gravel roads excellently. On the highway, they're impressively quiet, making long drives much more enjoyable. In heavy rain, the tires provide solid grip, making me feel secure even in slippery conditions. The tread wear is minimal, even after extensive use. Off-road, they offer good traction on dirt and rocky paths, handling rough terrains with ease. The comfort and performance improvements have been significant since switching to these tires.

I’m quite disappointed.

They don’t perform well in wet conditions – there’s significant slippage, and it feels unsafe during rainstorms.

The tread wear is also faster than expected. There’s a constant thumping noise at speeds over 60 mph, which remains even after multiple attempts to balance the tires.

Despite Michelin's reputation, these tires haven't met my expectations for safety and longevity.
