Averaging about 17k miles per set, which is amazing for a tire with such a high performance profile. They have excellent grip in both straight line and lateral. However, they do hydroplane more as the tread wears down, especially given the wide tire profile. Despite this, they ride nice with minimal noise. They check all my boxes, and I’ll definitely be buying more.

The Pirelli Corsas on my Audi TTS have been fantastic especially for a tire with this much rain channeling. They slide predictably, offering great feedback. Wet session, dry session—they handle it all. Braking is superb and they’re quieter than expected. They’re not as grippy as Trofeo R but much better in the rain.
Overall, they’re an excellent value at around $320 a tire compared to $400 for Trofeos.

What is good?
Good dry performance, decent wear for track tire.
What is bad?
Awful cold grip, scary to drive on streets.
Comments
Bought these Pirellis on sale for my 2006 Corvette Z06. Honestly, their performance is very disappointing. They cannot hold 1st, 2nd, or 3rd gear, making the car scary to drive. Cold grip is awful, and they don’t seem to heat up well even with a lot of wheel spin. They were shaved and heat cycled as recommended but still underperform. On the track, they’re okay, but on streets, forget it. Never buying these again, not even at 90% off.
