Vredestein Comtrac 2 Winter+ (Plus) is a dedicated winter tire designed to be intensively used on snow and wet pavement by the owners of light commercial trucks. According to the manufacturer, the competitive advantages of this tire are dependable traction, fuel efficiency, ride comfort, and long tread life.
The Vredestein Comtrac 2 Winter+ appeared in 2020 as a result of upgrading the Comtrac 2 Winter model, which was released three years earlier. It is noted that the “plus” modification keeps up the wet and snow traction ensured by the basic version, while the main focus during its design was made on increasing the tire’s resistance to wear and stability under heavy loads.

It is also noted that the tread patter was left intact, while the rubber compound of the Comtrac 2 Winter Plus was slightly upgraded by using a reinforcement filler, which resulted in a 200% increase in tread life.
