What is good?
What is bad?
I noticed significant wear on the front tires after just one season. By the time spring rolled around, the tread was visibly worn. They work well in snow, but Im not sure they wll last through another full winter.
What is good?
They stop the car perfectly on snowy and wet roads and they are surprisingly quiet for winter tires. The ride is soft and comfortable. An excellent option for city driving.
What is good?
Got these MAPW tires as new when I bought car and they've held up well over two winters. I drive a lot in the city and often head out to the mountains for snowboarding. Surprisingly, these tires performed just as well as some bigger brands, even in deep snow and slush. They’re quiet, tough and balance well with minimal wear. The only downside is that they’re not the best on ice, particularly when the temperature drops below -20C. Braking distances increase by 15-20% and the handling becomes a bit vague.
