What is bad?
My main issue is that they generate quite a bit of road noise above 100 kph, creating an echo sound with the road surface. The grip on dry roads is okay, but the sidewall feels a bit soft during hard cornering, causing the car to lean slightly. I haven't tested them in winter conditions with ice and snow yet, despite their M+S rating.

Have the ProContact TX tires on my Alfa Romeo Giulia 2.0 with tire size 225/45 R18. These tires are OEM and have been used for 22,000 miles. They perform very well on both dry and wet surfaces. Despite common concerns about run-flat tires being bumpy, I haven't noticed this issue on my Giulia. The main drawback is the mileage; the tires only lasted 22,000 miles, which is similar to the Bridgestone Turanza EL450 RFT I had before. The wear is more prominent on the shoulders, possibly due to the run-flat design or the OEM setup.

Given that my car is quite heavy and has significant torque, the tires have held up reasonably well, looking like they will last around 37,000 miles. This is decent mileage for a car of this weight and power.
