Notable Features

Maxxis Premitra Snow WP6 is a non-studdable winter tire that features directional tread pattern, is designed to be installed on passenger cars of various classes, and is meant to increase driving safety on wet winter roads, snow, and even ice, as the manufacturer promises. The Maxxis Premitra Snow WP6 appeared in the European range of this Taiwan’s tire maker in 2019; curiously, the release of this model was announced three years before the actual date, at the Reifen 2016 tire show. The model got a directional V-shaped tread pattern with multiple individual blocks. Thanks to such tread design, Premitra Snow ensures good grip on snowy roads and effectively dispels water in the wet, providing enhanced hydroplaning resistance.

The use of the new extra-sturdy tissue materials increases the Maxxis Premitra Snow WP6 handling capabilities and resistance to puncture.

The long expected mileage of this tires is ensured by the low heat emission between the layers of the carcass.

My previous winter tires were 10 years old, so I had to replace them with these ones. This winter we had a lot of snow in our place and the tires performed excellent. But I didn't expect that after one winter season they would be worn out! I've driven only 10,000 km. Also I could say my previous tires were more comfortable, they weren't noisy at all. All in all these tires are not bad but next time I will choose another tires.
