What is good?
Wet Performance
Installed these Michelin Pilot Sport 4 tires on my BMW M140i and have driven around 30k miles. These tires are very quiet on smooth roads and offer great traction. On rougher surfaces, they’re a bit noisier, but still acceptable. They perform well in wet conditions, with minimal aquaplaning and solid braking. They’ve lasted longer than I expected – the front tires are still in decent shape after all those miles. However, they don’t provide as much feedback as I’d like, which can make the drive feel a bit disconnected. Overall, they’re a solid choice for anyone needing a reliable, high-performance tire

Wet Performance
They don’t deliver the sporty feel I was expecting. The wet traction is particularly poor – lots of wheel spin and understeer, especially when the temperature drops below 12°C. The ride is harsh and unforgiving, making everyday driving less comfortable. The only positive is that they seem to wear well, but that doesn’t make up for the lack of performance. I wouldn’t recommend these

Wet Performance
They’ve been outstanding, especially for spirited driving. The grip on dry roads is phenomenal – I can take corners at higher speeds with confidence. Even in the wet, they provide solid traction, although they can lose grip a bit when starting from a stop in heavy rain. The steering response is sharp, and they hold the road well even when pushed hard. I did notice they wear a bit faster than expected, but given the performance, it’s a trade-off I’m willing to make. Comfort-wise, they’re a tad noisy, but it’s tolerable. Overall, if you’re looking for a high-performance tire, these are a great choice.
