It ranked second in quietness, third in dry braking and second in wet braking, and tied for best comprehensive handling with linear, predictable behavior at the limit. Mid-field circular cornering and rolling resistance are its main compromises.

The Hankook Ventus S2 AS finished second overall and was the strongest braking tire in the test, leading both dry and wet stops. It tied for best comprehensive handling with quick steering response and strong grip, and ride comfort was good. Measured cabin noise was the highest in the group and rolling resistance only mid-field, but it remains highly competitive for an older product.

The Kumho Majesty Solus Edge TA91+ took third overall and had the highest circular cornering limit in the test. It also placed fourth in dry and wet braking, but significant body movement at the limit and only mid-field rolling resistance held it back. Cabin noise was among the highest measured.

The Hankook Ventus Air S placed fourth overall with excellent dry and wet braking plus strong measured quietness. Its ride comfort was the worst in the test, with a harsh, bouncy low-speed response, and rolling resistance was the poorest here. It is also the most expensive tire, so the overall package falls short of its premium positioning.

The Kumho Solus Advance TA51+ finished fifth overall and beat its mid-range billing with the best rolling resistance and second-highest circular cornering speed in the test. Braking was balanced, though not top-tier, and its steering felt sluggish during fine inputs. It remains a strong value choice for efficiency and cornering grip.

The Nexen N'Priz S is the cheapest tire here and led the test in quietness and ride comfort, with strong rolling resistance for its class. Safety performance is the concern: eighth in dry braking, mid-field wet braking, and last in handling, where it became unstable and difficult to control from 75–85 km/h. A comfort-first choice with clear limits.

The Nexen N'FERA Supreme ranked seventh overall despite top-three quietness, best-tied ride comfort and solid rolling resistance. Its braking is the weak point: last in dry braking and seventh in wet braking, with the lowest circular cornering speed. As a flagship comfort tire, it lacks the safety and limit performance expected.

The Hankook Kinergy ST AS finished eighth overall, with strong rolling resistance and fourth-best circular cornering. Its wet braking was poor, and ride comfort only average, with notable rebound after sharp impacts. Repeated handling runs also showed performance drop and a shift toward oversteer.

The Nexen N'FERA Primus AS T1 finished last overall, with its lowest wet braking result and poor handling the main reasons. It has a price and weight advantage, and mid-field quietness, but cannot maintain the driver's intended line from 85 km/h. The wet safety gap is too large to ignore.
