After much deliberation, we switched from our old Continental Premium 5s to the Nokian Hakka Blue 3, looking for something quiet and comfortable. These tires are definitely quieter and provide a smooth ride. The wet grip is fantastic, handling rainy conditions like a champ. However, we’ve noticed the sidewalls are a bit soft, which makes them more prone to damage. Despite this, they’re great for long-distance travel, and we hope they last for a few seasons.
What is good?
Pretty quiet when the temperature is around 5 to 7 degrees Celsius. However as it gets colder, they tend to get stiffer and a bit noisier. Its not a dealbreaker, but something to keep in mind if you’re in a colder climate.

After switching from Cinturato P7 the difference is noticeable much quieter and more comfortable. They grip well on wet asphalt making for a confident ride in the rain. ALso quite comfortable on long trips. However they are a bit pricey and Im concerned about the durability of the sidewalls.
