Moottori: Winter Tire Test R16
Ranked #4th of 8. Pirelli Ice Zero FRVerdict:The Pirelli Ice Zero FR, ranked 4th, is particularly notable for its high traction on snow, effective braking on dry pavement, and strong braking performance in snowy conditions. While it excels in these areas, the tire exhibits a pronounced tendency to oversteer in snow handling and lacks optimal grip on ice compared to other premium offerings. Additionally, while handling on dry pavement is generally good, grip can be abruptly lost during extreme maneuvers, and its wet pavement braking could be improved.

I have had these tires for two winters. So far so good. Running these on my 2005 Subaru Legacy GT. They perform well in both dry and wet conditions up to 60*F (I haven't driven these in higher temps). They do great job in snow and ice as well. I took them out in 3-7" fresh snowfall and they ran great. They seem to grip really well on rough ice from run off water freeze over as well. Definitely recommend!

They are the most excellent winter tires I ever had. The tires grip very well in different conditions, don't make a lot of noise and are smooth on highway. I would highly recommend these tires to anyone looking for snow tires that don't want to hear the typical loud tread of snow tires.

Best winter tires I've ever used. They are very quiet, responsive and smooth on dry and wet roads. In deep snow and ice the tires perform amazingly. I have two sets of them on two different cars and I'm very happy with their performance on both of them. I highly recommend!

Vi Bilagare: Studless Winter Tire Test R16
Ranked #4th of 8. Pirelli Ice Zero FRVerdict:Two years ago, the Pirelli IceZero FR tire was dramatically upgraded, including in terms of its ice performance. According to the Vi Bilagare experts, the new winter model from Pirelli is all about great handling response and lots of driving pleasure. The Italian-made friction tire provides neutral balance, and, featuring high lateral grip, easily tackles sharp turns, both on winter surfaces and on bare asphalt. On dry pavement, this winter tire demonstrates good handling response and stability even at rather warm temperatures. In addition, the IceZero FR is one of the best tires in its segment on wet pavement with a short stopping distance and excellent maneuverability under high loads. As a result of the winter test, this model takes one of the top places in terms of grip and braking distance. Thus, thanks to its excellent performance on all types of road surfaces, the Pirelli model climbed up to the third line of the tournament bracket, falling just one point short of the Nokian model that came second.
