The Advan Apex V601 has an asymmetric tread pattern that ensures excellent handling response on wet and dry pavement, as well as a smooth and quiet ride for perfect driving experience. The wide tread blocks on the outside of the tread improve dry performance, while the wide inside grooves enhance wet performance of Yokohama V601. The tread pattern with a varied pitch minimizes road noise for a more comfortable, quiet ride.

High-grade micro silica in a wide outside rib block devoid of lateral grooves creates near seamless contact with the road for maximum cornering performance. Three inside grooves enhance the V601 wet performance while a narrow outside groove dissipates heat generated by high lateral loads for optimal dry performance.
