I've had these Firestone RoadHawk tires on my Ford Fiesta mk7 for about 35000 miles over the past five seasons. They've been fantastic in terms of safety and handling. Even after such extensive use, they still have about 4mm of tread left. They handle well in both dry and wet conditions, providing a secure grip and good braking. However, they are quite loud, louder than my winter tires (Dębica Frigo 2). Despite the noise, the performance and durability make them a solid choice for a small car. I’m planning to buy them again.

I recently replaced the front tires on my Ford Fiesta Mk7.5 with these Firestone RoadHawks. After driving 500 miles, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in dry grip compared to my previous Bridgestone Turanza and Dunlop Bluresponse tires. There’s less understeer, and the steering feels more precise. They handle well in wet conditions too, especially over standing water. The noise and fuel economy are on par with other tires I’ve used, though the Bluresponse were softer over bumps.

I’ve been driving with these on my Ford Fiesta mk7 for several months, and I’m very disappointed. These are the worst tires I’ve ever experienced in wet conditions. The grip is so poor that driving in the rain feels unsafe. I’ve been driving for over 50 years, and even older cross-ply tires handled better in the wet than these. I used to trust Firestone for their quality, especially when we used them on ambulances, but these RoadHawk tires are downright dangerous in the wet
